Samantha Bell (BSc (Hons), MSc (Dist) has 15 years experience in the Leisure Industry in both the public and private sectors. This includes three years as a district council officer managing sports facilities. The past four years has been spent within the PFI industry managing community use of schools as well as developing proposals for new community use schemes. Samantha rows competitively and is a committee member of Northampton Rowing Club. She is also member of the Northamptonshire Chamber of Commerce. Specialities are:

- Marketing onsite activities and promoting our services to the local community.
